Donelle has been with Nuvilla Real Estate since its inception, and has continued to make substantial and consistent contributions to the company and its clients over the last year.  Donelle is an accomplished web designer and has years of experience in internet marketing, as well as managing and maintaining web sites.  Her previous career endeavors were lead developer with  RealEstateForum.com, one of the largest real estate forums in the United States, and Sitetutor which allowed her to create real estate web sites and implement customized marketing strategies by determining what was necessary by market and by outcome. Donelle's attention to detail and understanding of client follow-up makes her a highly valued team member with Nuvilla.

In addition to her position with Nuvilla, Donelle exhibits her creative and organizational abilities as the founder of Sandpiper Creation, an emerging San Diego-based event planning, website design and hosting service.  She shares her success with her husband Mike, puppy Noa and baby on the way.
