Murrieta Recreation and Parks
Murrieta has over forty neighborhood and community parks to serve residents, including larger parks with recreational centers offering indoor gym facilities and outdoor park and field facilities for families and individuals. While Murrieta does not have any state or national parks adjoining it, a further drive up hwy 76 and you are in the region of Mt. Palomar, where you can enjoy hiking and camping in old-growth forests.
